We had a great time in Havasu with friends this year. So much fun that we decided to head back there for another week to enjoy the surrounding area.
On our second trip we boondocked in the Desert Hills State Land and met up with a bunch of other Xscapers (Heidi, Derek, Courtney, Greg, Jeff, Amy, Tammi, Jason and Hillary.
We had a few happy hours and nights out at the local breweries. It was a little cold for evening fires, but we did manage to organize a hike of Sara Crack.
Sara Crack is 7-mile round trip hike that goes through a beautiful slot canyon down to the river. With the recent rains it was a little sporty repelling down the rocks, wading through the water, balancing on board and cheering each other on. It was a great adventure!
